Our property, Arlyia, is for the exclusive use of our guests ONLY. No additional visitors are permitted.
By making a booking, you confirm that you agree you are entering into a contract with us, you accept our terms & conditions and authorise us to charge your Credit or Debit card for the booking amount and any additional charges or damage caused to Arlyia’s property including smoking (or burning incense or lighting of any flammable item) inside the accommodation, extra guests, theft, damage, Arlyia’s property removed, stains, late departure, excessive cleaning. The person making the booking is accepting the contract terms and conditions on behalf of all persons in the booking. Use of the property, its contents, equipment and facilities are at your own risk.
Special requests will be granted where possible, but cannot be guaranteed.
If it occurs, the owners will attempt to remedy any stoppage in supply of Wi-Fi, TV reception, water, electricity or other service, however, the owners cannot accept liability for any inconvenience arising from any temporary area-wide outage. Nor can we accept liability for any loss or damage caused by weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of God, or other circumstances beyond our control or for loss, damage or injury to persons or their personal property.
Cancellation Policy
PLEASE NOTE: All cancellations must be notified in writing, either email, or by SMS
SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES Covid Cancellation Policy: If the borders close or a lockdown is implemented after you booked and, as a result, you cannot travel, we will credit the amount paid towards a new booking, within 12 months of travel restrictions being lifted. If you cannot travel (or leave your booking early or arrive late) because you are awaiting test results, are deemed a close contact, have visited an exposure site, or are diagnosed Covid positive you will need to claim the cancellation costs against your travel insurance policy (NB: We STRONGLY recommend obtaining a travel insurance policy that covers you for Covid as soon as you make a booking if you wish to be covered under these circumstances). If we cannot host (due to either isolation or positive test results), and we have to cancel your booking, we will refund you in full and provide you with contact details of alternate accommodation providers.
